Samara Vineyard:
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Located in a moderate slope in a hill ~ 4Km west of Mii’lya village in the heart of the western galilee planted at 2008 with total area of 0.8 hectare.
The vines are growing on a stony terra Rossa soil rich of iron and minerals surrounded by the open view of the Galilee Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea it’s far fromwater connection, in most years the vines are flourishing due to decent the rainfall water stored in the ground.
Each year balancing is done between the rainfalls and the grapes dilution to gain the optimal fruit quality and ripenessuniformity.
The harvest done manually by family members and friends only.
Bir'im Vineyard (Upper Galilee):
Varieties: Syrah and Merlot
At 750m elevation above sea level and ~300m from the Lebanese order this beautiful vineyard planted between apple and Kiwi trees, the cold winter in addition to cold nights and hot days at summer contributes to receive very high grape quality.
Soil: terra rossa with limestone
Jwinat vineyards (planted 2022, 1st harvest summer 2024):
Varieties: Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet Frank.
Total area about 1.2 hectare, located in the upper hills of the village of Mi’ilya, the soil mostly limestone in the upper slopes and combination of limestone and terra rossa in the lower slopes.
The vines rows direction planted east-west to maximize the wend flow coming from the sea side which cools down the grapes in the hot summer days.

Kerem Ben Zimra (Upper Galilee):
Varity: Sauvignon Blanc
This area is very well known for its unique Terrior, the vines grown in volcanic soil at 900m elevation plateau, the grapes reach ripeness with very good natural acidity and minerality
Al Ballane -Mielya (planted July 2024)
Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko, Muscat A & Syrah)
Total area ~ 0.6 hectare in a wonderful location on upper slopes of Wadi al Qaren ,this vineyard is very good ventilated from north and west streams and build in 3 different old terrace levels.
The soil has equivalent percentage of sand, clay and silt
